BeAttestify Refund Policy

Welcome to BeAttestify! These Terms of Service govern your use of our document attestation and visa processing services.
Effective Date: 1 July 2024.

1. Refundable Fees

Only the actual fee paid for document attestation or visa processing will be eligible for a refund in the event of any issue arising from the concerned authorities or department.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All processing fees and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Refund Request Process

Formal Request: To initiate a refund, the applicant must submit a formal request through the designated email address as indicated on the payment receipt or BeAttestify website.

Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 working days from the date of the issue arising.

4. Conditions of Refund

Authorities' Decision: Refunds are contingent upon the concerned authorities or departments refunding the fee to BeAttestify. If the fee is not refunded by the authorities or department, no refund will be issued by BeAttestify.

5. Refund Processing

Evaluation: Each refund request will be evaluated based on the eligibility criteria and conditions stated above.

Refund Amount: Approved refunds will only include the actual fee paid for document attestation or visa processing, excluding processing fees and taxes, and will be refunded to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
